Claude + Klaviyo is f*cking cracked 🤯 Drop your Klaviyo data into Claude → it audits your flows, rewrites your worst-performing emails, builds a 90-day campaign calendar, and identifies the revenue you're leaving on the table. All inside Claude. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are paying $500-2,000/month for Klaviyo but haven't touched their welcome flow since 2024 and are sending the same "10% off" blast every week. If your email program still looks like this — a welcome flow you set up two years ago, a weekly promo blast with declining open rates, an abandoned cart sequence you copied from a template, and zero post-purchase nurture... Claude turns your Klaviyo data into an actual retention machine: → Audit your existing flows against 2026 DTC benchmarks — flag what's broken, what's underperforming, and what's missing entirely → Rewrite your lowest-performing emails using real customer language from your reviews → Build a 90-day campaign calendar with send dates, subject lines, and segment targets → Identify high-value customer segments you're ignoring (repeat buyers, lapsed 90-day, VIPs, subscription churners) → Write a complete abandoned cart sequence that handles objections, not just "you forgot something!" → Generate win-back flows for every churn cohort with persona-specific messaging → Build post-purchase nurture sequences that drive reorders, not just "rate us 5 stars" No more set-it-and-forget-it flows. No more weekly blasts with zero segmentation. No more paying an agency $3K/month to send emails you could write in an afternoon. What you get: > A full Klaviyo audit with a score and prioritized fix list > Email copy that sounds like your brand, not a Klaviyo template > Flow architecture for every lifecycle stage (welcome, abandon, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, sunset) > A 90-day campaign calendar you can hand to your email manager and execute immediately > 10 copy-paste prompts that cover the entire email retention stack I put together the full playbook with the audit framework, all 10 prompts, and the flow architecture templates. Want it for free? Like this post Comment "KLAVIYO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Happy to report that Lima is so elite fellas Only a handful of cities where you can surf in AM, with no humidity, huge cafe scene, world class restaurants, great nightlife, daily sunset walks on the malecón… This is the perfect time of year to be here. Truly having a blast.

The end is near 🇲🇽🇦🇷🇧🇷 For the last 3 & a half years I’ve been a “digital nomad” (gay term but whatever lol) And… I’ve had the time of my life. I mean f*ck From the ages of 21–24… I explored the world. Created awesome memories Had more crazy experiences than many do in a life-time & made so many great friends. But… I’ve changed “Fun” & “new” is MUCH less of a priority for me now &… Although, I wouldn’t trade these years for anything It’s time to start building something big Vs… The constant hedonist pleasure seeking + escapism of “nomading” I mean… I left Canada at 21 & at that point was a top 1% earner for my age (probably even higher than top 1% tbh) & I guess… I could continue to cope to myself that I still currently do better than 90% of other 24 years old But… I know I can do so much more than that &… Achieving + growing is so much more important to me now Than endless amounts of “fun”. Which is why… Some of you may have noticed that I have been spending time in different places than usual this year Since… I am on the hunt for a base Debating between… Uruguay 🇺🇾, Panama City 🇵🇦, Santiago 🇨🇱 or Asuncion 🇵🇾 Will finish visiting all this year & pick one & then… Do 6-9 months in the base to get my “stability” fix While… Spending the rest of the time getting my “travel” fix. Wanted to share this… As… This is the conclusion that many eventually come to &… Since it’s something that’s been on my mind ALOT for the last 4-6 months Saludos, amigos 🥂.

@ecom_cork I’ve never understood why people start an agency and then just start delegating all the work Do it for the love of the game

We are in a new era of upstart agencies. I am still an agency hater in many cases but this new wave of dawgs providing insane value is amazing to see. Real killers close to the work who are dialed in not just delegating to some intern. Total opposite of traditional agency leaching off brand profits.
Harry@harrydelmege_

Find it mental that this is in just 8 months of the agency as well Where will we be in 6 months? I genuinely think the way I see the future is different to any other agency owner rn, and ima bet big on it The run we will go on will be wild

Extremely vibey Medieval historic centre 📍Tours 🇫🇷 Unfortunately not completely authentic, as much of it was meticulously restored or rebuilt after the devastating fires of 1940. Another fun fact, the city was once the "Silk Capital" and a favorite royal residence of French kings, making it one of the wealthiest and most influential cities in the kingdom during the 15th and 16th centuries.

The crackheads move different here in Nordeste 🇧🇷 Saw at least 12, high out of there mind training for the Olympics. But after a long drive we made it to our “undisclosed” location. We have a private spot all to ourselves 10 steps from the beach. Can you guess where we are?
