There might be manufacture buildings built by the state for those that FEEL that they can work.

Absolutely blown away with how beautiful this drawing is that our weekly walker Ben has done of The Lairy Lobster Sea Food stall. What a talented young man! People with handicap, single parent with infants, people with not right to work etc - should have a safe place to stay. Healthy food. Shuttle service to the city. Care worker in the house. Support among each other.
