When you call @AirCanada baggage center and it’s just a call center that only has access to World Tracer…they don’t even have access to @AirCanada ‘s system! Insane. Zero help. I can read world tracer myself. Thanks. @AClostmyluggage #aircanada #lostbaggage #lostluggage

@Leslie_J_L @AirCanada That’s great. Unfortunately, @AirCanada doesn’t have a hub at my airport and my airport just transferred me to the @AirCanada central baggage number - which is just a call center that does nothing to help you.

@lovablebecs @AirCanada I contacted the baggage dept of my home airport and they have access to the baggage tracer system. Found it in 30 minutes! Was in my hands from AC LAX to Fiji in a day! That was after 21 days of trying everything else…

At this point I'd be happy with a social movement where people just show up and start texting people if they see contact info on the outside of the bag!

Been monitoring the incident report and have spoken to 3 ppl on the phone, but my suitcase hasn’t appeared. I’m guessing it’s at YYZ or YUL. I had literally just earned my pastry degree and you lost the most important thing I’d gained. Please help me find it. @AClostmyluggage

@itsDjLilJo @AirCanada No I haven’t. I’m from the US, my bags are in Canada - and even that’s a guess. Plus, what if they took it to the offsite warehouse…how would I find that?

@lovablebecs @AirCanada Have you been to destination airport where your luggage didn’t arrive? Found my case today sitting in 1 of 3 huge halls of suitcases in arrivals. They don’t have the manpower to scan & update system so rely on passengers returning to search. Not ideal if you had a transfer.
