You have to love that after 31 days of missing luggage and social media posts @AirCanada finally sent me a DM asking for info, just for them to ghost me after I provided what they needed. Don't get your customers' hopes up by DMing them just to never reply again!

@lovablebecs @AClostmyluggage @AirCanada My husband and I were going to but we were told by customer service that they are no longer allowing customers to look for their own bags. I don't know if that's true though.

@OceanicAir_815_ I'm not confident in waiting past 23 days. I also know they sell bags that are unclaimed after a certain time. And with them continuing to let people fly and continuing to lose more bags, the problem is getting worse, not better.

@GoreyJessica If they tell you to wait, that’s all you can do. They are slowly digging their way out of the piles of baggage. WorldTracer will update once your bag is dug out of a pile & scanned. It’s a tedious process but it does work eventually.

Will be reporting @AirCanada to the US department of Transportation and and Canadian Transportation Agency for losing my bag. My bag has been lost since June 22 2022, when you call them they either take 3 hours to pick up or when they do they hang up on your face !!!

@TorontoPearson It's been 23 days of waiting on hold for hours on end just for @aircanada to either disconnect or ignore you. My bags are at Pearson's and I'm in Cleveland Ohio, there has to be a way. You guys let air Canada fly out of your port, you need to step in.

@AirCanada @LAlmaawiy Don't expect a response. They asked me to send a DM, that was days ago and they never actually started working with me on the issue. Make your reports to the department of transportation, that's what I will be doing. Bag lost since June 29th.

@AirCanada it's now been 20 days that my luggage is lost, no update on the world tracker. Customer service numbers are no help, emails are never replied to. Customer service agents suggest Twitter, but I have no response here either. I just want help getting my own items back!
