@Demruth Wish that I had discovered it sooner, but seems like this practice of preserving food had become quite obsolete in comparison to how common it once was, at least where I grew up in Sweden. Might be on its way back though!

@lundstroem Yeah I'll get into making my own at some stage. For now I've found suppliers I'm happy with.

I dealt with gut issues / stomach acid for a number of years, was put on PPIs / antacids by doctors several times, tried eliminating things from diet etc. All... kinda garbage fixes and never really felt like they helped long term.

@Demruth And it’s so easy and cheap to make at home. Been going at it for 7+ years now having it as a part of my everyday diet. Mostly experimented with various kimchi recipies, but also sauerkraut, kale and carrots etc.

Today in RPG history... Taito and Neverland drop Lufia & the Fortress of Doom, aka Estpolis Denki, for Super Famicom in Japan on June 25, 1993. Start of the tragically shortlived Lufia series, it is actually the sequel to Lufia II, which is an INCREDIBLE game! Any Lufia fans?
