@MatBlaszczak @brian163t @AppStore Your choice. Wherever possible there will be feature parity between the Mac App Store version and the direct download. (This tweet was referring to the iOS release which is only available on the App Store.)

The iPhone turns 18 today!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Bill Atkinson. He was a true visionary whose creativity, heart, and groundbreaking work on the Mac will forever inspire us. Our thoughts are with his loved ones.

@brian163t @AppStore Hi Brian, Version 4.13.1 is for iOS/iPadOS. The latest release for Mac is 7.13.5. I am putting the finishing touches on a significant update to the Mac release. On Mac, wherever possible there will be parity between the Mac App Store version and the direct download.

@mactrackerapp @AppStore Wait, I'm confused. You stated the update was 4.13? I thought that implied the App Store version had different versioning. But it just installed 7.13.5 for me which did not contain these new features?

@mactrackerapp @AppStore Little issue here. Both the 2024 MacBook Air models are missing their pictures.

Sharing a quick update on the next version of Mactracker. Along with the latest Apple hardware, I'm adding new features like color swatches. Color swatches are included for most Mac models as well as all iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, & HomePod devices. More to be added. Coming soon!
