I have 3 active and 2 expired @airvistara Business Class vouchers via the expenses I do on my @AxisBank Credit Card. The 2 got expired - seats were never available. The 3 pending: I was on two 15-minute calls with Vistara, time I could have spent more productively. I gave the executive multiple destination options, but the seat was not available, highlighting the inefficiency of the service. What is the use of these vouchers, then? My experience: stay away from the Axis Vistara Infinite Card!
