The SCOTUS ruling on that Colorado case said that Trump couldn't be disqualified from ballots by the states, and ruled congress must determine eligibility, re: section 3. It is a constitutional mandate.*** Before Trump can be constitutionally eligible to be sworn into office, Congress MUST vote to remove his disability. And anyone serving in government is bound by their oath to uphold that. This is what our laws explicitly say. Ask Justice Roberts: What are you going to do? Will you defend our constitution? Or will you throw it away for Trump, one of the dumbest, most dishonest, criminal, and incompetent people to ever live in our country.
