@LynnSmith172480 I definitely do. Most days I'll drink 12 (mostly full) glasses of water a day. My reason for being tired at that point had more to do with my recovery. I need to improve my sleep by getting more hours each day.

@RaceMatcher Thank you! Whenever I'm feeling down about a run I try to remember the positive and the importance of long term consistency. Getting out there on the those tough days isn't easy but it pays off down the road.

@moveatwill Those are the runs that build you up the most. Felt awful, still got out there, still hit every workout for the week. 7.55 on a bad day is solid, and the strength work on top of it is serious consistency.

@moveatwill 1.19 miles in threatening weather is still a run. 'I still did something' is exactly the right frame — the habit outlasts the conditions.
