@lookitskris Hey there! The Nest should initially flash red and blue, then switch to a solid blue when it's ready to charge a device. Have you tried charging a Qi-compatible device? If there are any issues, please send us a video of the problem via DM, and we’ll do our best to help you out.

@orbitkey is the nest supposed to flash red constantly when it's plugged in with nothing on top charging??

@manishtangudu We haven't heard of any issues with the AirTag rotating or shifting in the case. The AirTag fits pretty snugly in our holder, so it should stay securely in place.

Dear @orbitkey ,Once the AirTag is inserted into the holder, is there a possibility that it could rotate or turn within the case? Specifically, I'm concerned about whether the glyph or emoji on the AirTag might shift from its original position. Please let me know.
