“Our technology took action.”- @Meta This is exactly the problem. My Instagram account @tinakriisss was disabled not because a real person carefully reviewed my case, but because Meta’s technology made an automated decision. The issue started after identity verification. My passport was first submitted on a secondary account, and shortly after that the same passport was submitted on my main business account. The secondary account was restored, but my main account with over 200,000 followers was disabled for “account integrity.” How does that make sense? This looks like a technical identity-verification error, not a real violation. I did not impersonate anyone. I did not create a fake account. I did not break community standards. I simply tried to verify my identity.
