Correct me if I’m wrong… but didn’t part of Carney’s plan to diversify trade include a collaborative RCMP-Public Security Cooperation, and media access agreement with China—which they still have not clarified or published the full details of? And with India, a collaborative agreement on national security and law enforcement/defence dialogue?

Strange that you would say that when 🇨🇦 can’t even defend its national security without the assistance of 🇺🇸 via #NORAD.
🇺🇸 will always defend 🇨🇦. I’m not so sure Americans believe Canada would be there for America.
