@ChemicalFire Our G3 attends the ASRC personally. The problem is one of Objectives. An NTC or Warfighter sets its plans years in advance. Soldier touchpoints and experiments can change in the wake of a bad week in Ukraine. Our friction with FORSCOM is regrettable but sometimes unavoidable.

47 pages and 10,980 words later, I have completed and submitted my monograph, Agents of Deceit: CBRN Disinformation in Support of Russian Strategy, for final approval. Easily the most intellectually challenging thing I’ve ever done. I’m very excited to share it soon.

The U.S. Army and Army Futures Command will host Project Convergence Capstone 4 (PC-C4), a joint and multinational, two-phase experiment from Feb. 23 – March 20, 2024.PC-C4 is a culmination of numerous preceding exercises, experiments, and events.

@combatmeatball Command philosophy is "who you are" Command guidance is "what we do". Im old so I discarded philosophy and focused on guidance. Every unit does to 2-3 key things, one must be take care of the team and their families. Then you have to live up to what you said.

Ok I need some mentorship from all the cool people out there: what should you put in your command philosophy? I need to actually start writing one.

@itsalawson This isint new. Not everyone wants a military gift that they are never going to display, especially for those ETSing or retiring. Cup and Flower funds are also notoriously mismanaged. While impersonal, this is a solid TTP.
