@an_avocadoo @sailorsctaustin In Brooklyn. It's not like... a Pathmark in a stripmall. It's probably a Ctown with a huge basement. I do some retail stuff in NYC. You'd be SHOCKED at how huge (and unused) the basements are in some buildings.
