@RailMinIndia Due to heavy rainfall, a lot of trains were canceled between Pune-Mumbai. I had booked 4 such trains which got canceled but I have not received any refund for those. Could you please let me know the process in this case.

@rupalm08 As per DW report train was not cancelled for the PNR numbers 8444518620, 8622296512 and 8444396981. TDR is entered against PNR number 8322242997 with reason train cancelled as per care view.  -IRCTC Official
