@O2 I have no other phone, so can't wait for mail to have a working phone. I should have been advised of this when the e-sim was ordered.

@same_woods We don't send QR codes by email Sam. Esims are either sent to the My O2 app, or can be posted to you. Do you have access to an O2 store?

@O2 But how can one use an e-sim on a new phone if one cannot access the O2 app without mobile service?

@O2 My old sim card isn't working. I presume because I have switched to an e-sim. I can't get access to the e-sim on the My 02 app because the security requires you to have mobile service. I currently have no phone with service - can a QR code not be sent by email?

@same_woods Morning Sam. Esim QR codes are sent via post, is this what you're looking to be sent? To check, does your old sim card not have signal?
