@thebottomcorna Kroenkers started to add money to get back to EL/CL, and once that was done their ambitions started to decrease again. Top four and CL football is enough to generate the income they want I assume. Investing heavily again won’t generate as much money they want. Just guessing.

We signed Kai Havertz at 24 for £65m after he had a bang average season at Chelsea, but we are reluctant to pay £75m for a 22 year old Sesko. Or £75m for Gyokeres who just had a 50+ goals season. Make it make sense please.
