@TheChiefNerd Thing is electrical companies usually dont want more people getting licensed because they very often leave to make more money and become competition for the company, so they treat lower level guys poorly to cycle in lowered payed grunts at entry level

@TheChiefNerd In florida you have to work 4yrs experience under an electrician who documents everything you do making entry level grunt pay before you can take the test to become an electrician. If your boss doesn't like you he can basically bar you from becoming licensed.
