I want to explain why I started Hark and what we're focused on
I've spent the last 3 years working on the hardest AI challenge imaginable: giving AI a humanoid body. On the digital side, I've been using all the existing LLM chatbots - and I have to say, they feel incredibly dumb to me

He covers their financials along with their new collaborations, like with $NVDA as a LiDAR supplier.
“There’s been this race for automation,” he says, explaining how they are expanding from industrial vehicles to passenger vehicles.
“We are no longer in the development phase…we are transitioning to scale and deployment, and it’s only a couple years away.”

Hard to believe this was our 20th earnings in the book 😅 and we're just starting to build on tangible momentum. 2025 was an exceptional year for us-- doubled revenues, first year of double digits gross margins, and most importantly securing major wins with a top 10 passenger car maker, @nvidia Hyperion reference platform, LG Innotek and expansion in Physical AI. We're starting 2026 strong with a growing pipeline, a new development program with another top 5 OEM, first win in defense, and target for a another record revenue year. Congrats team @aevainc! 2025 was a landmark year for Aeva as we achieved record revenue and delivered major milestones, including securing a top-10 global passenger OEM production program, a strategic partnership with LG Innotek to accelerate opportunities across physical AI applications, and being selected as the reference LiDAR sensor by NVIDIA. We’re off to a strong start in 2026 with a new development program with a top-5 passenger OEM and our first win in defense. Leveraging our differentiated perception platform and balance sheet, we aim to further solidify Aeva’s leadership in sensing and perception.

Physical AI's moment is here and @Waabi_ai is leading the way
Excited to share we have raised $1B USD of new capital to accelerate the commercial deployment of autonomous trucks and meaningfully expand to robotaxis! Partnering with Uber to deploy 25,000 or more Waabi Driver-powered robotaxis on the @Uber platform, substantially accelerating the adoption of robotaxis at scale.
For the first time in the industry, we have created one shared brain to power the two largest self driving applications —trucks and robotaxis. This means any progress in one vertical directly improves the other. For example, our trucks, which have already mastered complex surface streets enabling an industry first direct-to-customer model, will be able to go all the way to urban centers as well.
We have assembled a dream team of capital and strategic partners to accelerate our bold vision: this funding includes an oversubscribed $750M Series C round led by @khoslaventures and @G2VPLLC , as well as additional capital from @Uber tied to robotaxi development.
Thank you to the incredible Waabi team and partners for making this all possible. This is a true inflection point and we’re looking forward to building the future of Physical AI, together.

Don't create two tiers of performance expectations.
As companies scale, there's a temptation to hold the founding team to one standard and everyone else to a lower one. Founder-level performance for the originals, employee-level for the rest. This is a mistake. It breeds resentment and makes the bar impossible to understand.
Instead, I try to identify which employees — regardless of when they joined — are performing at founder-level, and then treat them accordingly. Public recognition, faster promotion, more equity.
This clarifies for everyone what the actual bar is. Some people rise. Some people leave. Both are okay.

Delighted to see Ahmad join Airbnb! Airbnb is a rare combination of world-class design and engineering, and I am excited to see what Brian and Ahmad build together.
Companies that are the furthest from AI—like travel and experiences—are quite interesting in a world with lots of AI, although I am also sure bringing AI to Airbnb will make it much better.

It's fun to see all the tall futuristic humanoid robots but it looks like Reachy Mini is the one taking the spotlight at CES. From a Jensen Keynote to managing a photobooth, it looks like it's everywhere!
And because it's the only AI robot that can be bought by all (we shipped 3,000 homes just before the end of the year), it has a real shot at becoming the foundation for AI robots in 2026, let's go! 🦾🦾🦾

The question I see others asking is “does NVIDIA Alpamayo affect Tesla?”
The short answer is: not really.
The long answer is that it sort of gets everyone else back into the game of adding autonomy to their vehicles, but here is the problem: the game is about to switch to robotaxis. I do not know that this really affects the robotaxi game (at least not in the short term), and that is the rub.
Waymo customers keep telling me “I am never buying a car again.”
I do not think it helps the traditional automaker much. People who want autonomy will want Tesla due to its fleet size.
The next year will make that clear.
