@kalaelizabeth It feels kind of impossible to recommend because of how much of an investment it is, but Warframe's main quest is one of the best narrative video game experiences I have ever had the pleasure of playing.

@undeadempress That last sequence is so strong, maybe the best-executed set piece in the whole game. That and getting betrayed by Iron Bull make trespasser top tier for me. It's so obvious in hindsight, but I just took him at his word, never saw it coming...

i will forever chase the high of playing dragon age: inquisition's trespasser dlc for the first time and getting to the part where the anchor is revealed to be slowly killing the inquisitor

Yes. I am stress testing the game engine with tts voices to make sure full voice acting will work. I wouldn't ask VOs to do 70k lines of dialog if I wasn't 8000% sure it will work.

@Inferbro Is there a plan for how you're going to collect voice actors for the final release? Is that something I should keep an eye on the discord for?

@MorganRyanArt Dragon age origins is one of my favourite games of all time and it is so head-and-shoulders above other RPGs. As a fan of both, it broadly wins out over mass effect for me (though there is probably nostalgia involved in that one)

@andersmanifesto I quite like the baldurs gate romances, but I think your companions actually having preferences and opinions about you as a potential partner goes a long way.

can i say that i prefer mass effect/dragon age romances than baldurs gate 3's????????

@zoerosebryant It was really cool to learn after two seasons of "how did this get made? Did Disney know this is what they were making?" that there IS a reason and it's Gilroy having a direct line to Kathleen Kennedy.

@Mud_and_Blood I think fleeing and the chase sorely need some kind of mechanical support. There's work you can do as a game master deciding when you're entering or exiting turn-based play, but it's still pretty awkward and often results in players creating slog for themselves

What's something you've always wanted to do in a TTRPG but didn't have the ruleset to do it? What game mechanics do you wanna see in the TTRPG my friends and I are making? The ruleset is almost complete, but I figured I'd ask you fellas in case we missed or forgot something
