@nicoschriever That’s what I’ve been using, quite a learning curve at the start but the next docs are pretty good.

I‘m starting a new project with Nextjs for the first time. I have a feeling that the tech stack doesn’t really matter anymore if Claude and ChatGPT can help with almost anything. Other reasons for choosing NextJs are Vercel‘s v0 and AI SDK. Will report back how it goes!

@swright_dev Of course it makes sense, a small life experience I had was, I also went through the same scenario next js + supabase for auth and after a month on production my use cases started increasing for user monitoring which eventually made me pivot my auth to Clerk. Have a nice day

It’s a learning curve, like anything I guess but I’ve not really got anything to compare it to as such. I find next a (mostly) logical way to organise my project files. Back end stuff with Supabase is also a learning curve. So many moving parts to this project. 🤯But getting there, slowly!

@swright_dev It does hurt, right. A simple mistake but makes you go crazy. Btw are you using any Oauth in supabase or just email pass method?

@porobertdev No MVC. I’m using Next.js and React, which is more component-based.

@swright_dev It feels like with CSS specificity. Do you use the MVC design pattern?

When you search google for a code related question it used to regularly throw up Stack Overflow posts, usually in the top couple of results. Now it’s either a dev.to blog or a Reddit post. How times have changed.

@jamesm Just buy running shoes. Weight train barefoot. These two sports aren’t compatible with one pair of shoes.

I'm looking for your top recommendations for workout shoes that are great for both weight training and running.

@swright_dev @supabase @resend Yeah, have been seeing that message from past few days on supabase. I also have to learn resend in near future.

Finally working on setting up Auth for the app with @supabase. Seems like I've timed it right as they are today making changes if you're using the default email provider. So looks like I'm learning @resend too and learning how to configure a Custom SMTP.

Been training over the summer for a half Marathon which I finally ran today. Happy with a sub 2 hour time. 🤘 14 weeks of training finally over. Glad I did it but got to admit I’m looking forward to getting back to resistance training again.

@swright_dev Just getting started. I haven't really used it before, and it's not something I was expecting to use at work, but adding a new skill is never a bad thing. Still not sure it's the right choice for this project, but upper management have made up their minds...
