Thank you for sharing John It’s the last bit of this that cuts hardest. I know @sharrond62 will have been told by other BBC types that they agreed with her but weren’t brave enough to speak out. It is a cruelty that speaking truth makes you unemployable.

If a small, not very athletic 18yr man says he feels like a 12yr old boy, do you think it’s ok for him to compete in the under 12 sports races & competitions? I mean he says ‘he feels he’s 12 & look, I’m not very good, so it must be ok?’ Categories need to be based on reality

Now for @Paralympics President @parsonsandrew to announce the same policy on the ‘Protection of the Female Category’ - because female Paralympians deserve safe & fair sport too No more allowing males into the female category based on an ‘F’ on their passport

Women are worthy of fair & safe sport

Today's ruling by the IOC means a welcome return to fair sport for women and girls, but I'll never forget the scandal of Paris 2024, when people who consider themselves supremely virtuous and progressive publicly cheered on men punching women.

"Trans women" haven't been banned from women's sports. Men have. Hope this helps!
