There isn’t a maximum amount of alters you can have. A brain isn’t going to conform to invisible limitations & expectations of others like that. Bruh we’ve seen systems w/ Billions of alters/fragments. With diagnoses. Systems can have any number of alters 2 & above😂 -Adramelechk

My alters do not cease to exist because they do not fit into the stereotypes of DID.

@__nervoussystem Do we need to credit every image we find from google? What about when there isn’t a clear source? Is that a case where we should use reverse image check? :)

There are such things as “shell alters” tho 👌🏻 -Jack, a Shell Alter.

For us, it’s kind of like parts of the system that are more distant from each other (we’ve got a planet as an inner world w/ a smaller planet as its core). There’s more amnesia between levels and those alters can’t always communicate easily -Jake

We walked away with more trauma than we had to begin with. We’re literally getting another water bear tattoo because of this last season

Just to be brutally honest, our hiatus was anything BUT restful, healing, and productive; we were stuck in a constant trauma mind state and we didn’t feel safe in our own home. It was so bad we couldn’t get in front of the camera, hence the “hiatus”
