The Vedas described this timeless truth thousands of years ago. In 311 trillion 40 billion human years, when Mahā-Viṣṇu exhales, countless universes emanate like bubbles from the pores of His transcendental body. When He inhales, all these universes are drawn back into Him, marking the dissolution — the death of creation. 1. Mahā-Viṣṇu’s Breathing and Creation The Vedas explain that universes emanate from the pores of Mahā-Viṣṇu’s body as He exhales, and when He inhales, they are withdrawn back into Him. One exhalation = creation One inhalation = annihilation (withdrawal) 2. Duration of One Breath of Mahā-Viṣṇu The Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam (3.11.38–39) reveals: One day of Brahmā = 1,000 catur-yugas (yuga cycles) One night of Brahmā = another 1,000 catur-yugas Thus, one full day and night = 2,000 catur-yugas Brahmā lives for 100 years, each year having 360 such days. The total lifespan of Brahmā equals 311.04 trillion human years. This entire lifespan of Brahmā is just one breath (exhalation + inhalation) of Mahā-Viṣṇu. 3. Therefore, the Time Between Mahā-Viṣṇu’s Exhalation and Inhalation The duration is 311 trillion 40 billion human years. This marks one complete cycle of creation and dissolution of the universes. ✨ In short: According to the Vedas, the time between Mahā-Viṣṇu’s exhalation and inhalation — the duration of one universal cycle — is 311 trillion 40 billion human years.

@accuchekindia purchased strips separately from the given sample, getting faulty strips continuously. Every other day, waste 2 to 3 and go through the pain of testing again and again. Forget about the accuracy, the quality sucks.
