So my brilliant kid, who spent 5 years in and out of hospital and is disabled, had her teachers’ grades marked down and has lost her place at university. She got straight As at GCSE, mostly teaching herself in hospital. She called the uni. They said they’re full. I give up.
"Speak Only That Which Will Bring You Honour" Not a truer word said - especially for our politicians in the United Kingdom. Time to reimagine our politics and make goodness fashionable again.
My priority now is to protect as many jobs as possible and for those who unfortunately lose their jobs, to make sure that the support is there to help them find new jobs and hopefully better jobs as quickly as possible.
