🚨🗣NEW: Father and sister of Lisa Dorrian - ‘We are closer now than we've ever been’ 🎤🎥Chief Reporter @jamesgould23 speaking to Lisa Dorrian’s sister, Joanne, and her father John. They were at Stormont today as Justice Minister @naomi_long brought forward the Sentencing Bill. The Bill will introduce “Charlotte’s Law”, which aims to reduce the trauma experienced by families of murder victims in so-called “no body” cases. It would create a statutory aggravator for failing to disclose the location of a victim’s remains, as well as new sentence reductions for post-sentence disclosures. Lisa, aged 25, went missing from a caravan park in Co Down in February 2005. Her body has never been found. A string of recent arrests has given the family renewed hope, and Joanne welcomed the opportunity to be at Stormont today to speak about the Bill. @letsfindlisa
