Yesterday I ran an ELISA for the first time (actually three different ones simultaneously). As a result of this first-hand experience, I am proposing a name change to the following - ‘Enzyme-linked immunosorbent constantly wash the f*ck out of your plate assay’ Any takers?

@preganggg Thanks - if you read our paper, that one is appropriately cited 👍 and the lead author of the Mgen paper is a coauthor on our paper too. However Mycoplasma hominis is inherently resistant to macrolides and Ureaplasmas are inherently resistant to clindamycin #AMR

@ArlindUC17 Same here! Had to go with this approach while our plate washer was out of action. I managed to get my technique down so that a single steady squeeze would do a whole plate. I took that as a win for the day 😆
