You know the whole story has come out now, and the reason this woman was charged with murder is because her premature baby was born into a toilet ALIVE and left to drown in the toilet water, as paramedics pleaded with her to get the baby out and provide care 🤦🏼‍♀️ but sure keep protecting evil behavior

Amari Marsh experienced a miscarriage in Texas. She miscarried at home in the night and then went to the hospital, where the next morning officers questioned her. Amari was able to pick up the ashes of her miscarried baby, and she thought that'd be the end of it until she was charged with homicide and spent 22 days in jail, she was then released to house arrest where she spent 13 months until a grand jury finally cleared her. Amari committed no crime. She miscarried and then sought out appropriate medical care. What happened to Amari is a evidence of the witch hunt that unethical abortion bans have created in gop states. Treating women who miscarry like they are criminals will only cause women to fear seeking out care for fear of being charged with a crime for failing to carry to term.
