@gigsandtours hello, I accidentally booked tickets for a gig for my daughter not realising the event was 18+ only, I appreciate that I'm not legally entitled to a refund but was wondering whether you might be able to refund as a gesture of goodwill? Just bought them

@gigsandtours I got a generic "no refunds" response. this seems a little harsh. is there anything you can do? genuine mistake and the over 18s policy wasn't obvious when booking

@wrongangle Hi, I'm sorry about this. Age restrictions are set by venues. We make sure to put display this on all event booking pages and is visible prior to the purchase being completed. The online team handle all refund requests so please contact them with any follow up queries. Thanks ^S

@gigsandtours To be honest, not really. I've looked again and the 18+ disclaimer is tucked away on a banner which is really easy to miss. feel this is really crappy customer service from Gigs & Tours to stick rigidly to the letter of the law and not apply any discretion in this instance 😡
