A lot of modern women don’t actually want equality. They want selective equality. Equality when it benefits them then Traditional privilege when it benefits them even more. They want: 1. Equal rights, but not equal responsibilities 2. Independence, but still expect full provision 3. Freedom to behave however they like, but expect men to maintain “traditional discipline” 4. To choose men, but never be judged for the choices they make 5. All the respect, with none of the accountability And the moment you point out the double standards, you’re labelled “misogynistic,” “insecure,” or “scared of strong women.” The truth that upsets many is simple: Modern dating isn’t failing because men and women don’t understand each other. It’s failing because both genders want benefits without the balance. But women get far more protected from criticism for it. Say this out loud, and watch the swords come out.
