I hope I'm wrong, but I don't get the sense that John Thune is fully utilizing all available resources to push this important legislation forward. Most Americans, regardless of their political beliefs, want this bill passed, so what's the hold-up? On a separate note, could we amend the SAVE Act to state that Congress will not receive paychecks during government shutdowns?
