On the surface, that’s not horrific.
I’d personally only say the season is a failure if they don’t get CL. Even then you could argue reasons as to why with quite a lot of context.
Biggest instability is coming from the managerial position at the min. Interested to see what happens both with that area and with summer recruitment.
If managerial position stabilised and they’re efficient in the market, I actually expect quite a big quality jump next year, which would again be in alignment with their objectives and the big picture
