Celebrating sustainability! ☀️ Yesterday, DCNR unveiled the 30th solar array on Pennsylvania's public lands! The 342-kW array, which provides shade for cars in the Quaker Race Day Use area at Gifford Pinchot State Park, will save taxpayers more than $45,000 annually on electricity and reduce the DCNR's carbon footprint by over 163 metric tons per year—equivalent to removing 38 passenger cars from the road. Still open. Still awesome. Still powered by nature. Learn more: ow.ly/2NOL50VHeFW

ICYMI: I introduced the bipartisan Delaware River Basin Restoration Program Reauthorization Act of 2025 because protecting the Delaware River isn’t just about conservation—it’s about safeguarding public health, strengthening our economy, and securing our future. This legislation will: ✅ Invest in local conservation efforts ✅ Improve water quality for millions ✅ Restore vital ecosystems and habitats ✅ Expand outdoor recreation opportunities Every federal dollar invested generates lasting returns—creating jobs, fortifying communities, and ensuring the Delaware River Basin remains a thriving natural and economic powerhouse for generations to come. Proud to join @RepDwightEvans and @RepSherrill in advancing this critical initiative. Read more here: ⬇️ riponadvance.com/stories/fitzpa…

When PJM’s next auction was set to result in historic price hikes, I filed a lawsuit to stop this price hike on consumers and defend Pennsylvanians. PJM is the company that manages getting electricity from power plants to your home. You might not have heard of them, but they play a big role in keeping the lights on. That's why I took action — and today, I’m proud to announce that this settlement will save Pennsylvania consumers $21 billion over the next two years.
