Excellent to join with SCIA to meet Transport Minister @johaylen discussing the ongoing problems PWD experience using taxis. The Minister was very receptive and is looking to improve wheelchair accessible taxi services and deal with TTSS issues. We look forward to meeting again.

As our population ages, we need more homes that are accessible to all. Unfortunately, NSW is 1 of only 2 states in that are yet to adopt building regulations that will make new houses more accessible. It’s time to change that. For more info visit buildingbetterhomes.org.au/nsw.html

@TransportforNSW Some great initiatives here to begin to solve the WAT taxi crisis we face in NSW. So important we prioritise these vehicles for #pwd who can only travel in this manner.
