Appt this morn at #CADMV for renewal of license and issuance of RealID. Commenced at 9am and was finished at 9:16am. Appt included submission and approval of docs, verifying personal info, thumb print, vision exam, photo and issuance of temp license. Kudos DMV.

Amazon customer service again can or won't do the right thing. "I'm sorry, we don't have that option." Thank you Amazon. Amazon prime is a ripoff. Don't give your hard earned money to Amazon. Shop locally whenever possible.

#Verio Spent over 90 minutes with Verio customer support. Had three different agents go silent, each for more than ten minutes and fail to assist. Started over with a new agent each time. Problem still not solved. Verio, yours is a true failure in service.
