Funny, did you even watch the video? He wasn't just trying to get in, he was pushing his way in, sure he didn't raise his hands or hit people. He was 100% trying to force his way in. He was pushed down, and I wish someone else had stepped in so that wasn't needed but they literally left only one guy to keep him out with all those officers just standing around doing nothing.
