@AmericanAir The 24-hour reservation Hold button has been removed for 50% of passengers. Why? It costs AA nothing. As an EP, the free sandwich went away and now Hold is gone too?

@AmericanAir Isn’t it better if reservations are booked correctly the first time and @AmericanAir doesn’t need to deal with issuing a refund? Please bring back the Hold option.

@BABaffer We continue to evaluate our product offerings. Customers whose travel plans change, can receive a refund if within 24 hours of purchase.
