@BankAtFirst (First Financial Bank/Texas) Your new system is atrocious. I get text messages from you in the middle of the night wanting me to "Yes" or "No" an automatic draft from a company I have been paying for years. Every single time I buy something over the internet, no matter how many times I've purchased from them, I have to "Yes" or "No" the charge by text. You have listed vendors I have used for years as fraudulent so as soon as I tried to make a purchase you just shut down my card. On other vendors I have used for years you will send me a text with the "Yes" or "No" option and before I can even pick up my phone to answer the text, you shut down my card. In the last two weeks you have shut down my card THREE TIMES. Why don't you fix your system before shoving it down our throats. You are so quick to shut down my card 24-7, but you are only available to fix it until 8:pm at night M-F and 7:pm on Saturday. You suck so bad and I'm about ready to change banks.
