@LaurenBayliss8 Instead of saying good job on ortho, I noticed uppers would just point to a post reduction x-ray and say “Strong, strong” - the utmost compliment in orthopod culture. Great work!

There are few things more satisfying than being told by your ortho consultant “wow you are strong” #EMstrong 💪
