The middle school coach is dreaming about being on the high school staff
The freshman coach is dreaming about being on the varsity bench.
The varsity assistants are dreaming about being the varsity head coach.
The varsity head coach is dreaming about being on a college staff.
The college assistants are dreaming about being the college head coach.
Moral of the story. The job you’re discontent with is someone else’s dream.
The best advice I ever received: “Be where your feet are.”
It completely changed my mentality. Don’t waste moments. Don’t wish away your process. Don’t take the job you do have for granted.
Keep grinding, Coach!

Up 1, Clemson missed 2nd FT on purpose. So the play UNC drew up in TO meant nothing. They forced deciding 3 to be a turn and heave, instead of a set play🤓

Sure you’ve seen video. But sharing for young/new/aspiring coaches. Good reasons to miss FTs late on purpose. If you choose that strategy, you need to have philosophy on time + score of when to do it + also practice it🏀 I didn’t like how/when/score here

Huge congrats to @andersontobin on becoming the Head Coach @tennesseetech Grateful for his time here with us at USF. His passion, experience, and energy made a real impact on our program. PRAYER WARRIORS - Today I met with Doctor to go over the results of my PET scan from last week! He shared with me that the scans came back clear! He is very happy with my continued progress and the next check up is in July.
7 Months Cancer Free!
