I built the ultimate GTM Engineer AI Toolkit that handles prospect research, outreach writing, meeting prep, and more in minutes. This is a beginner-friendly walkthrough that shows you exactly how to set it up, use it at work, and personalize it to your business. It can: - Research real prospects and companies - Score accounts against your ICP - Write personalized cold outreach sequences - Generate meeting prep briefs before calls - Help you build a repeatable prospecting pipeline - All using a free toolkit + Claude Code / Codex. This is for SDRs, founders, marketers, and GTM operators who want to use AI to do more at work without buying another expensive tool. I break down the full workflow step by step in the video. 👇 Comment "GTM GUIDE" and I’ll send you the full toolkit. (make sure you're following me so I can DM you)

Selling today isn’t about the perfect pitch. It’s about the perfect conversation. The most effective salespeople don’t sell—they ask, listen, and guide. 📌 Skip the scripts. 📌 Ask deeper questions. 📌 Follow up with real value, not reminders. Your product doesn’t build trust. Your people do. Don’t let automation chase away the one thing that actually builds loyalty: honest human rapport. Want better close rates? Start listening more than you talk. boomcycle.com/blog/people-bu…

Think patients care about your latest whizbang dental tech or decades in business? They care about: - Whether you accept their insurance - How quickly they can book an appointment - Seeing what happens during a root canal (via video!) Modern dental SEO is emotional. Meet patient concerns with transparency—cost, outcomes, time—and Google boosts you in return. Helpful = clickable. Consistent = trusted. HIPAA-compliant = reliable. Execute on those, and the rankings follow. boomcycle.com/blog/seo-for-d…

Half your competitors are chasing AI hype. The other half are still doing SEO like it’s 2019. Today’s search engine is no longer just Google. Yes, Google still holds 90% of the market—but 542 million people use ChatGPT monthly. TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn are major content discovery points too. To grow, you must optimize for both worlds: • Build topical authority for Google • Structure your site with real internal linking logic • Implement schema—especially FAQs and product details • Create content AI tools actually source Fragmentation is your opportunity if you’re focused. Stop ranking for keywords. Start ranking for trust. boomcycle.com/blog/advanced-…

Why am I acting in a movie with Timothée Chalamet? Because growth happens outside your comfort zone. Successful people spend a big chunk of time doing things they’ve never done before. Half the time you’ll fail. You just don’t know which half. That’s the fun part.

Let me try to explain what Claude Cowork actually means in the simplest way possible. Not for SaaS founders. Not for AI Twitter. For the guy who owns a landscaping company with 20 employees. This is not just some desktop organizing demo like you’ve probably seen. Claude Cowork is an employee that lives inside your computer. You attach it to your browser. You show it how you do a task. You give it your SOPs. You record the workflow once... with context. And then it just does it. On a schedule. Forever. Let’s say you have a production manager. Every morning he - logs into Housecall Pro or Jobber - reviews the schedule - assigns crews - decides what equipment goes where - determines arrival times - messages foremen - confirms labor and inventory That’s a lot of human decision making. Now imagine you train Claude on: - your SOPs - how you make those decisions - how your CRM works - how your team is structured Claude can now: - open your CRM - review the schedule - assign crews - schedule equipment - notify employees - update job notes - log changes Automatically. Every morning. Your production manager is now just an exception handler, if you even need him anymore. Now let’s talk about the small business owner. You and a couple guys grinding stumps. You need social media. You know it matters. You don’t have time. And you don’t want obvious AI images. So instead: - you snap a photo on site - it uploads to iCloud - Claude grabs it - analyzes top performing posts in your industry - writes the caption - formats it for ads - posts it You just created a social media manager. No agency. No content calendar. It goes way deeper than this. - Customer communication - Follow ups - Scheduling - Lead routing - Quoting workflows - Document handling - Invoice processing - Collections - Reviews - Reporting If a human currently does it on a screen… it can be automated inside the tools you ALREADY USE. It's about to get wild out here.

Jim was so effortlessly loved because he was such an authentic man. What you liked about him onscreen was what was so compelling about him in real life. He was instrumental in the making of my career, not only because of the work we did together, but the way he taught me to handle the pressures of the business. I just loved Jim. We were very close, and every minute I spent with him enriched my life.
JFlyy@MenacingPatriot

@RealJamesWoods @RealJamesWoods I know it’s not political, but I envy you; you got to work with and befriend this gem of a priceless human being; how did it feel to be around him and what was it that made him so effortlessly beloved? SN: I wish I had met him. #JamesGarner

Up until about 6 months before Penguin (nearly a decade of SEO at that point), I’d *always* followed Google’s rules and saw my competitors bypassing me. So I started link building the “old fashioned” way and got hammered six months later. The key is to do a mix of tactics, some white, some black and some gray, and let the newbies listen to Google and get nuked by just about every change they make in the SERPs.

April 2012. I woke up and every money site I had was gone. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Back in 2010 there was this cool network/tool… You’d write one article, spin 100s of versions, and submit them to a network of “partner sites.” Your content would autopost on theirs, and theirs on yours. Free backlinks, free content… all for $97/month. We thought we’d hacked SEO. Don't get me wrong, the sites ranked and we made a lot of sales. We also used a host of other tools to build backlinks and spin up content. SENuke BuildMyRank ALN GSA UAW Magic Submitter Ninja Warrior etc. etc. etc. A wild time. A gold rush! and everything worked. Until Google dropped Penguin and nuked it all overnight. To all the founders buying into the new AI-SEO hype — auto-posting “AI blogs,” joining link networks, or buying 1,000s of AI backlinks for $19... trying to rank in LLMs while killing your Google trust... Be careful. There’s a real place for AI in SEO workflows — content, data, backlinks, even GEO. But the way many “AI SEO agencies” are doing it will wreck a lot of businesses before the next big update does.

On Monday, I will ask President Trump, via X, to help save my life. He offered to help me if I needed it. I need it. As many of you know, I have metastasized prostate cancer. My healthcare provider, Kaiser of Northern California, has approved my application to receive a newly FDA-approved drug called Pluvicto. But they have dropped the ball in scheduling the brief IV to administer it and I can’t seem to fix that. I am declining fast. I will ask President Trump if he can get Kaiser of Northern California to respond and schedule it for Monday. That will give me a fighting chance to stick around on this planet a little bit longer. It is not a cure, but it does give good results to many people.

LocalRank + Garen AI + Zapier = competitive intelligence system that replaces $7,800+/month spy tools... (this watches competitors' rankings + remixes their best content into your brand voice automatically) → No more $8K monthly for enterprise rank tracking you'll never use → No more wondering why competitors suddenly outrank you → No more 18+ hours weekly stalking competitor profiles + stealing content ideas → No more reactive SEO strategy that's always 3 months behind Just add competitor names → autonomous competitive radar + content cloner. Here's how it works: → Competitor Grid Monitor (LocalRank tracks rivals across all areas) → Position Change Alerts (instant notification when they gain ground) → Trending Content Scraper (finds what's working for local competitors) → Brand Voice Remix (Garen AI rewrites their hits in your tone instantly) → Gap Opportunity Finder (shows keywords they rank for but you don't) → Countermove Playbook Generator (suggests exact content + actions to reclaim position) By the way, we curated a swipe file of high-performing Local SEO offers across multiple niches. Comment “LOCALRANK” + bookmark this post and we’ll DM it to you for FREE (must be following).

I checked more than 40 home service keywords last week. And I found one clear pattern. Google AI Overview is using the same few sites again and again for its citations. If your business is listed on those sites, you’ll get a small boost over your competitors. Right now, very few people know this. If you start early, you’ll get better results later. Want the list and full guide? Comment Hi and I’ll DM you.
