We tariff all global trade even ones that are not ours and still not cover this monstrous spending deficits! Think we added a trillion in the last 38 days even with tariffs ! Think if they charge us 0 we charge them 0 if they charge us 10 we charge them 20! And we cut the spending

I am in full support of short term pain of increasing Tariffs... The pain will be widespread and probably long... My Caveat of this support is only if the endgame is Abolishing the US Income Tax.

@OddStockTrader The spy is not the market that’s what’s called a gamma squeeze - plenty of small and mid caps and others still adjusting for tariffs. Hope that helps.

One of the many things the #Buffett groupies fail to understand is the new era of both algorithms and ETF flows which drive price — sometimes a stock doesn’t need to be “cheap” to go higher due to this.

This article by Robert Kagan is worth reading. It is a searing assessment of the catastrophic failure of the Israel-U.S. war on Iran, calling it a defeat. It is also perhaps best captures how Iran sees things and why it is not submitting to Trump’s demands in the talks 👇🏼 “There will be no return to the status quo ante, no ultimate American triumph that will undo or overcome the harm done. The Strait of Hormuz will not be “open,” as it once was. With control of the strait, Iran emerges as the key player in the region and one of the key players in the world. The roles of China and Russia, as Iran’s allies, are strengthened; the role of the United States, substantially diminished. Far from demonstrating American prowess, as supporters of the war have repeatedly claimed, the conflict has revealed an America that is unreliable and incapable of finishing what it started. That is going to set off a chain reaction around the world as friends and foes adjust to America’s failure. President Trump likes to talk about who has “the cards,” but whether he has any good ones left to play is not clear. The United States and Israel pounded Iran with devastating effectiveness for 37 days, killing much of the country’s leadership and destroying the bulk of its military, yet couldn’t collapse the regime or exact even the smallest concession from it. Now the Trump administration hopes that blockading Iran’s ports will accomplish what massive force could not. It’s possible, of course, but a regime that could not be brought to its knees by five weeks of unrelenting military attack is unlikely to buckle in response to economic pressure alone.” theatlantic.com/international/…

I listen to earnings calls and the questions some of these analysts asks makes me wonder how they have jobs then I remember they’re NPCs designed by the system.

I talk to people on Wall Street every day. I have heard some belly aching about the President from time to time, but I have literally not once heard a single person say they regret voting for Trump or, "gee, if only Kamala had won, we would be so much better off." Bloomberg News laments any of the advances our country is making for fear that they might reflect well on the @POTUS and all their news is reported through a lens of severe TDS. bloomberg.com/features/2026-…

This is literally one of the most statistically significant edges there is in the market that nobody talks about. At the NTL Miami meetup I was asked my favorite session to trade by @NinjaTrader_Jim and my answer was Asia. You have relatively lower volatility in Asia which allows for tighter stops. Large R trades come from holding in trends. The obvious trend is long historically and always has been. Let’s round on the 98% this stat has below to 90% and if 90% of the gains have come overnight historically what’s the best session to enter? Maybe @edgeful can help with this.
