@Butlins I cancelled a break 6 weeks ago. I’ve been calling up to the customer service team to chase this up. Finally it got “pushed through” and I saw some pending refunds on my credit card. These then swiftly disappeared. Please can I get my £900 back

@Butlins Really disappointed with the service. Fell behind with our payment plan. Asked for a 8 day extension for payment terms, got told our holiday will be getting cancelled. Great service, money before custom especially in this climate!

@Butlins I have booked our first Butlins beak with grandchildren, never done Butlins before. Booking for activities opens tomorrow for my break but we are absolutely devastated to see EVERYTHING we wanted is already full. Have devastated kids, no free football,craft,or Peppa?
