@Butlins please can someone respond to me. You cancel my booking without even giving me chance to pay. I’ve tried 10 times to call today and cannot get through. I even tried booking again to keep getting an error on your website. 3 very disappointed families at the moment.

Arrived at @butlins and found broken glass outside our room. Staff responded when reportedbut the clean was poor and there was still glass left in the area afterwards. With children staying on site, this needs to be taken more seriously. Hopefully it can be resolved! Unhappy DAD

@Butlins minehead, £908 to sleep on mold & urine, gassed by sewage, limescale in kettle, disabled parking withheld despite a blue badge, had metal stairs with 5 children during rain, we cut the holiday short to come home with a sickness bug. Also been refused a refund! 13540878.
