@Butlins trying to book activities for the ESF Bognor weekend may 1-4 but it’s saying tokens needed. The email that we’ve received says we don’t need tokens. Does that mean we have to pay for the activities ? Thanks

Trying hard to contact @Butlinsm @Butlins to sort out applying my 'gesture of goodwill' to my upcoming booking . Could I get through yesterday and today? Nope. Really annoying that I was advised via email to phone them so it could be sorted. Frustrating.

@Butlins skegness is a joke we arrived at are carvan at 16:00 sent fist home cleaning it as the cleaner you hire didn't and when we reported it no one cared and we was just told we said the cleaner back what never happened. The customer service here is crap
