One of the curious outcomes of the 2015-2025 BLM-era is that black culture isn’t seen as “cool” anymore. Zero rap songs on the billboard top 100 right now. Zero rap headliners at Lollapalooza for the first time in 10 years. Black slang amongst young people is on the downturn. The coupling of the LGBTQ “struggle” with the black “struggle” has left people associating blackness with gayness. Police body-cam footage, cell phone videos, and the internet have exposed all of the absolutely insane, delinquent black behavior. Whites got sick of getting called racist 100 times a day, which sparked a sense of White racial consciousness that hasn’t been seen in decades. Things are moving fast.

Did you know it’s virtually impossible to fire a black person? I’ve had black people literally clock in every day, do zero work, call in constantly, and mess up everything they bother to touch and HR won’t even let you write them up. One guy even had 20+ sexual harassment and stalking complaints and we couldn’t fire him. Also if you interview a “minority” and don’t give them the job, you’re required to write an extensive explanation as to why. Straight white people? You can fire them without even having a good reason. But we are the ones who get preferential treatment 🤣

This guy is 100% NOT wrong. 😂 New neighbor (young mom with kids + a man in the picture) keeps knocking on his door for help: locked out in a downpour, busted blinds, leaking hose bib, tools, etc. He helped the first couple times like a good neighbor — even walked her through the simple fixes. But when she interrupts him on the phone with dad AGAIN for handyman duty, he shuts it down: “You have a man over there with a truck. I’m not your boyfriend or the neighborhood repair guy. Don’t knock again.” Exactly. She’s got a whole grown man living there who can go to the hardware store and watch a 5-minute YouTube video. Stop treating the single guy next door like free on-call maintenance. Boundaries = based. This is how you stop the expectation before it becomes permanent.
