Nets say forward Michael Porter Jr. has been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain following an MRI performed on Wednesday. Porter Jr. will be reevaluated in two to three weeks.

Former Manhattan College and Seton Hall head coach Bobby Gonzalez will inducted into the New York State Basketball Hall of Fame next month. Gonzalez will join Danny Green, ESPN’s Marc Kestecher, Leo and Andy Rautins and Yale head coach James Jones. Gonzalez coached some of NYC’s top high school players at Tollentine HS and Rice HS before he joined the college ranks. The 2026 Hall of Fame class will be inducted on April 19.
