Bias still exists in the job market and discrimination based on race, gender and sexual orientation still pose significant challenges for marginalized groups. You should be more offended by that than you are by a program that seeks to combat it.

It’s offensive to lean into DEI as heavy as you do. We are so far past living in a world where the best person isn’t getting the opportunity.
