@JohnWMacPherson Trying to get fabric samples from Dunelm. They won’t post an envelope to Harris, so I have to send them to my mum on the mainland who writes my address on the envelope and puts them back in the post. Daft! ( @DunelmCareers could you pass this on to your customer dept)

@ask_Dunelm I waited for approximately ten minutes today as you installed self service tills instead of paying staff. I was told that no one has lost their job as a result of these. Please can you confirm this?

@ask_Dunelm This is possibly the worst company to get through to in the country - and that is saying something.

@ask_Dunelm Hi,a week ago I placed an order and it was meant to be delivered today but I got a refund instead. I'm not sure why this happened.

@sharonrit123 @DunelmCareers @evrisupportline @autisticgardner Not surprised things get broken, I had a delivery recently & could hear the driver throwing parcels around in the van I told him as much & added that if there was any damage to the mirror I was expecting I would be telling the delivery company. Fortunately it was fine

@DunelmCareers - security guard @ Dunelm Purley Way, Croydon at 5.15pm on Friday 02/01/2 was incredibly rude. Firstly the security gate went off incorrectly. Then the security guard approached me as if I was a thief. He also refused to apologise. Dunelm train your staff properly!

Replacement dishes arrived after being delayed, also smashed, do Evri delivery people not understand FRAGILE?! 🤬 Will not follow ‘EVri’ back either due to attempted scam yesterday!! @DunelmCareers @evrisupportline @autisticgardner
