It's so disappointing @dunelm when you order a lovely little bedside table and they deliver a giant TV unit... Customer service calls unanswered and online chat offline. I did tell the delivery driver it looked a little big...but he insisted on leaving it blocking my hallway.

@dunelm, had a awful experience in Dunelm cafe today, serious customer service training required !!

@dunelm been waiting for my nutcraker runner for 3 weeks, to finish my Xmas decor. Email live chat to be told they've lost my parcel, can't send me a replacement due to being discontinued. Apparently though the customer doesn't need to be told, instead YOU email them #notfestive

@KingBobIIV @newlook I had the same experience in a branch of @Dunelm until I told them they were breaking GDPR - the receipt was begrudgingly handed to me but after an argument that really was not necessary nor a good experience of customer service.

@dunelm Your live chat is useless. Tried 3 times today, no reply. Trying to find out where my order is, as stuck in Evri, ordered a week ago.

.@dunelm I would recommend being careful when dealing with Dunelm online. They use Yodel to deliver goods that are worse than useless, and then when contacting Dunhelm you join a queue of 46 people and when they answer they just leave you hanging. Very bad service all round.

Oh @Dunelm Chester Rd, B’ham. Why oh why put self service machines in?! The queue for the one ordinary till must tell you people don’t like them! No security on the door either. Disappointed. 🛒🛍️

Not the most comforting message @dhlexpressuk 'delivering 20/9 and unknown pic of address'. Its now 24/9. @Dunelm maybe use better carriers?
