@HelloSusan_code Congratulations Susan! And yes $10/day childcare would be amazing. My son’s daycare is still waiting for more details from the govt, looks like it might take a year or maybe more for all daycares to opt into it.

Ok i will admit that in 2021 i got a 3 year US artist visa, moved to LA, graduated coding bootcamp, got a coding day job, made astera.org, and finished a novel draft. I saw other people on average like 3 hours a week and was mostly in pure hell lol

Just saw #NaomiCampbell had a baby and literally panicked for her, thinking about how hard it would be tough to have your first child at her age. Then I remembered she’s like a billionaire and can get a nanny. Whereas Joe and I just have a cat who tries to slap our 1 year old.

I also have an Uncle Bunny who calls both my sister and I “Melissa”. My sister’s name is Alyssa and FYI we have both been in the same room with him at the same time.

When my Uncle Bunny died(who was actually my cousin) my family let me speak at his funeral but didn't precheck my eulogy at all. So I spoke about how bean pies didn't taste that bad and extremely happy that we didn't have to listen to Louis Farrakhan mixtapes anymore.

Blowing my own mind over here thinking about how 9 months ago I was getting laid off from an operations role and that today my code is in production on the PC Optimum website.

Aug 2020 I decided to go ahead with my career pivot with @junocollege to become a developer, and eventually work in tech within the health space. Ending the bootcamp Oct 2020, my job search began. It's been a hard journey for sure...

Sorry folks, I broke my 100DayOfCode commitment huge. But, with the time spent not coding, I was preparing for an interview and landed my first developer job 😁.
